The assets is as marketed - nothing extravagant to the house but great location within the beach. No, the house is just not full on the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not a lot of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or ruin.
